The material, the tissue and the experiment around a peptide result.

KLOW peptide references

Wound dressings, gut cells, injured tendons and the wider component literature.

Experimental materials

The GHK hydrogel study brings the delivery material into the foreground. For another kind of modification, the KPV glycoalkylation paper concerns chemical characterization. The palmitoyl copper peptide and acetyl tyrosine experiment concerns pigmentation in human and mouse melanoma cell lines.

Repair and inflammatory signaling

The rat Achilles tendon paper, PepT1 and KPV paper and full-length thymosin beta-4 wound paper are the main individual experimental landmarks. The rodent liver-fibrosis study adds another tissue setting for thymosin beta-4.

Reviews and human safety

The 2015 GHK skin review and 2018 gene-data review cover different parts of the copper-peptide record. The BPC-157 neurotransmitter review and cytoprotection review bring together broad preclinical claims. The small intravenous BPC-157 pilot and musculoskeletal safety review address very different human-safety questions. Full citations follow.
